E-ticket with Riga’s photo is ready

Starting from today, June 3, new e-tickets with a photo of Riga panorama will become gradually available in all trade outlets (see the picture). 4 million e-tickets with the new design are issued in total.

Yellow e-tickets change their design twice a year. For the first time, tickets with a photo of Riga views are issued. The second issue of yellow tickets bears a drawing made by a child. Despite changing its design, the yellow e-ticket keeps all of its functions: it can be loaded with tickets for a certain number of trips, for a certain period of time and group tickets.

It shall be reminded that e-tickets are sold in more than 400 places – ticket outlets of "Rīgas satiksme" (in public transport terminals, customer service centres) and ticket vending machines, as well as in other places – in kiosks of "Narvesen", "Preses apvienība", offices of "Latvia Post" in Riga, in "Maxima" supermarkets, some "Statoil" fuel stations etc.

As mentioned before, "Rīgas satiksme" had prepared e-ticket albums for collectors, which can be bought in every customer service centre of "Rīgas satiksme".
